Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: July 21, 2026
ExaHubs aims to make its online tools, information, and Smart Profiles usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including visitors who use assistive technologies or have visual, hearing, motor, cognitive, or temporary impairments.
Our Approach
Accessibility is considered during design, content writing, development, and testing. We work toward clear navigation, readable text, understandable labels, responsive layouts, and consistent interactions across the platform.
Measures We Aim to Support
- Semantic headings and meaningful page structure.
- Keyboard-accessible links, controls, forms, and navigation where technically practical.
- Visible labels and understandable instructions for form fields and tool options.
- Sufficient text readability and responsive layouts for different screen sizes.
- Alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate.
- Error messages that explain what needs attention.
- Avoidance of unnecessary flashing or rapidly moving content.
Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility
ExaHubs is designed for current versions of major web browsers. Accessibility may work best when the browser, operating system, and assistive technology are kept updated. Some older combinations may not support modern web features consistently.
Known Limitations
The platform is growing, and some tools, generated files, third-party components, advertisements, uploaded content, or public user profiles may not yet provide an equally accessible experience. File formats such as scanned PDFs can also contain accessibility limitations inherited from the source file.
We continue to review important workflows and make practical improvements. A limitation may require changes to design, code, content, or a third-party component before it can be resolved.
Public Smart Profiles and User Content
Smart Profile owners choose the text, links, images, and other information they publish. ExaHubs provides the platform structure, but we cannot guarantee that every user-created item includes accessible wording, captions, contrast, or alternative text.
Requesting Assistance
If a page or tool is difficult to access, contact us and describe the barrier. When possible, include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, your browser, device, and assistive technology. We will review the issue and try to provide information or a reasonable alternative.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback can be submitted through the Contact page or sent to support@exahubs.com. We value specific reports because they help us prioritize improvements that affect real users.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time project. As ExaHubs adds tools and updates its interface, we intend to continue reviewing navigation, forms, content, keyboard behavior, mobile layouts, and compatibility with assistive technologies.
